Logging in for the first time
Web Portal access-Backend Menu
1. Login to the Safeworkpro Web Portal using the URL in your welcome email, or Company issued instructions. Enter your email and password details & Click Login.
2. To reach the Administration pages, you will need to access the Admin Portal of the site.
- Click on the 3 bar Menu button that can be found in the top left corner after you have logged in, you will be presented with the options below: -
3. Click on Admin Portal to enter the full Menu-
Staff Portal Menu
4. Click on the Menu(right hand side) and select SafeWork>Site, Document or Location
- Site- shows the existing Sites that are available to use in your Documents or you can add new Sites
Site - this is the actual work location address
- Documents- opens Document page showing your Company documents ready for your selection & submission.
- Location- shows the existing Locations that are available to use in your Documents or you can add new Locations.
Location must be attached to an existing site - this is used to provide more detail for larger sites – ie Workshop 7 or Building C
SWP App-Login
- Download the app via Google Play or Apples iTunes store onto either your smartphone or mobile device and open to login as below-

Enter the Site(business name)your access email, and password that was provided with your welcome email or by your Company representative, Click Login

Landing page is 'Today's Activities' which is a list of the current submissions for today, you can also view submissions from past dates by selecting a new date in the date window.

5. Select Documents to get started on completing your first submission using the selection specific to your site-
