Our Safeworkpro app is now web based so no need to download from the App Store or Goggle Play anymore, its a simple as typing a URL into your browser.
1. Login process
Access to the Safeworkpro app is via app.safeworkpro.com which once entered in your preferred browser window and saved opens the following login screen-

Enter you login details
You will have been supplied your individual login details either from your Company or sometimes by Safeworkpro. App will now open on the landing page "Dashboard" listed at the top of the menu on the righthand side.

3. Fast Login function
If you prefer to not remember you password each time you login you can set up a simple 4 digit pin(of your choice) and save. Now each time you wish to login just set your site name form the dropdown and enter your pin. Select the Fast Login tab from the menu list and open the following window-

Click Save Pin and try Login- this will log you out to the following screen, enter your pin # and submit to open the app.

4 .Resources tab on the menu gives you access to a library of information which can be Read-only pdf documentation and or Web links to relevant Health & Safety information.

5. Documents tab lets you access the prebuilt documents ready to use in the completion of your work processes.

Once submitted each document is saved in the cloud and a pdf copy is available on the device to either view or email if required. From the document submission page you can choose to edit the existing submission or Search for older submissions using the Search Bar function.

6. Work Sites and Areas tab shows all the current Client sites & work locations which can be edited or additional new Sites and Locations added as required.

7. Support/App Tools.-This contains four Tools for use-
- Reload Screen
- Submit a request
- Help/Support
- Reset App Data

8. Updated Search function
When using the Job Steps data entry in either Risk Assessments or any other document you can easily Search for specific SWMS to attach to your submission.
Simply start typing into the "Select a Safety Procedure" box with either a Job No. or SWMS description to activate the dropdown menu selection. If the box already has a Safety Procedure selected but its not the one you wish to use highlight the text, delete and type the new search details.
