Instructions for first time login on the App & then navigating the Menu
On the Job
The SafeWorkPro system lets your workers on the job complete Risk Assessments, Pre-Starts, Checklists, read only access to Company documents all from their device/phone, with quick online submission to allow for the easy handling of document submissions
1. Download Safeworkpro app(free) from either the App Store or Google Play
2. As a Field Users – you can log into the SafeWorkPro app using the details that have been set up and provided to you by your company administrator of the HSEQ plus account.
For the first time you log in, you will need to enter:
- your Site name,
- your nominated email address and
- the Password provided by your administrator.
3. Upon logging in, you will be presented with an activity page, this screen lists the submissions completed for that day.
Please note that this is always the landing or default page when logging in.
You can Search via the Date selection box for previously completed submissions.
4. You can now navigate using the menu in the top right-hand corner (as pictured below) this is the hamburger icon or three horizontal lines next to the sync cloud icon.
This will open up the menu – as you can see below
Fast Login function
Once you have initially logged in set up Fast Login to quickly access the app, this function is device sensitive so any new device that you use will require the same setup.
1. Select Fast Login Pin from the app (down towards the bottom of the menu)
and the following screen will open.
2. Enter a four digit PIN of your choice(something easy to remember) and click blue Save button.
3. You will now be logged out ready to use your new Login PIN you have just entered.
To log back in
4. Select your email access from the dropdown box (shown in the red circle)
5. Now enter in your 4 digit PIN using the numerical keypad that you have selected and you will be automatically logged back in
6. You can use the Fast login method from now on
Finding your Key HSEQ plus Documents
1. From the Menu - Select the documents icon
2. This will then display the 6 available HSEQ plus document icons for you to use
By pressing on the required HSEQ plus document icon, this will take you to the menu for either creating a new entry or allow you to search and find existing completed documents.
