Q. What is Site on the login screen of the App?
A.Site means the name of your Safeworkpro login name , this is not a URL, its a shortened version and is always lowercase with no spaces i.e abcbuilder, swptestsite.
Q.If I lose Wi-Fi connection can Safeworkpro app still send a submission?
A. Anytime you lose connection keep going with your completion of the document and hit Finish, this will be saved locally and when you are connected again will sync to the server.
Q. What is the difference between Sites & Locations?
A. Sites are meant to contain your Client's Company name whereas Locations are the address's were work is carried out for a particular Site(Client)
Q. What is Resources used for?
A. Resources section is a storage area for read only PDF document's which are relevant to your Organisation's activities, i.e SOP, Safety Alert, SWMS. Also you can store website links to information on the Internet or You Tube channel video.
Q. I have completed a Risk Assessment and submitted but none of the Steps or General hazards are showing when I open the document.
A. Normally this is due to not clicking the '+' button at the end of the Job Steps entry line of data, hitting the '+' saves the data entry and opens a clean line for additional Steps or General Hazards.
Q. What is the Error 200 JSON banner across top of the screen & will it affect my using the app?
A. This will not affect you using the app and is normally due to some wording or incorrect character entered into the last submission, it will clear itself but should it continue to appear contact us via support@safeworkpro.com
Q. Why are'nt my device photos uploading into a document?
A. First check the size of the Photo file that you are trying to upload, it may be over the minimum allowable of 1Mb. Second check the format of the picture is JPEG as this is the prefered photo format for uploading. if you have an older iPhone running iOS 11 where HEIC was the default setting used to save storage space(compressed format), go to Camera in your settings -To disable HEIC image format, simply tap to switch on "Most Compatible" from "High Efficiency" option under CAMERA CAPTURE section. Thus your iPhone or iPad camera will use JPEG/H. 264 when you taking photos.
