Release notes for Liveboards email & SMS alert functionality.
Please Note: All functions will require a current email address and/or mobile number attached to the Liveboards document page to use this functionality. Should you choose to use SMS this will incur a cost of 10c/sms.
1. Notification of submissions
We have the ability now to send alerts either by email or SMS to selected staff member's upon a submission being sent to a Liveboard display. This means that people other than the original submitter can be notified of an alert, should that be required.
2. Changes to the alert Status
Any changes made to the Status (Acknowledgement) column in Liveboards will notify the original submitter only via either email or SMS that their submission Status has been altered or Resolved.(Individual user login required).
3. Periodic Sweep function
Selected users are able to recieve a statistics report on the activity associated with a specific Liveboards document emailed to them via the folllowing settings:
Daily- Sent 7.00am each morning
Every Monday- Sent 7.00am each Monday
First of each month- Sent first day of the new month at 10am
4. New Print button in Liveboards
Easily print or generate neat PDF copies of SafeWorkPro submissions Liveboards.
Select any document from your Liveboards list and click the new Print button icon:
You are now presented with a trimmed version of your document ready for either saving as a PDF or sending to the printer:

Thanks Team, looks good. We have found the SMS function to be very effective in contacting the staff.
